“☆☆☆☆ Warning: Avoid Albany Motors – Misrepresented “Certified” Mercedes-Benz I recently purchased what was supposed to be a Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 Coupe from Albany Motors in Albany, Georgia, and my experience has been absolutely unacceptable from start to finish. I worked directly with Jordan (salesperson), Devon (sales manager), and Shane (general manager) The general manager instead of making the situation better he yells at me . He even told me he tired of hearing me rant and rave. — and unfortunately, not one of them took proper responsibility for the serious issues I encountered immediately after purchase. Upon delivery, I discovered the following problems: The car arrived with no temporary tag or registration paperwork. The odometer reading was roughly 100 miles higher than what was represented at sale. The interior contained rat feces, a strong rubber smoke odor, and visible dirt and trash, proving the vehicle was never properly cleaned, sanitized, or inspected. The vehicle was missing the required spare tire, despite being sold as Certified Pre-Owned. An old license plate from a previous owner was still inside the car. The car battery had to be replaced and A WHOLE RAT NEST WAS IN THE CAR URINE AND FECES EVERYWHERE . When I contacted the dealership, they refused to accept the return, issue a refund, or provide a compliant replacement, even after being shown photo and video evidence of the car’s condition. Every manager I spoke with — including Shane — downplayed or ignored these violations of Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned standards. I have since filed a formal complaint with Mercedes-Benz USA and the Georgia Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division for misrepresentation, unsanitary delivery conditions, and failure to meet CPO obligations. Albany Motors’ handling of this situation has been a complete failure in both ethics and customer care. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase here — especially a “Certified” vehicle — to think twice and do thorough due diligence before signing anything.”

“Great customer service! Anthony Wilson was amazing. He fought for us to get our vehicle and was never pushy during the entire process. I recommend using him if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. We also had our kids with us, which can be tough when going through the car buying process. Anthony and the other employees went out of there way to make them feel comfortable and were incredibly kind and sweet to them.
