“Summit Toyota of Akron and Carolyn, service advisor, are fantastic. I just had the oil changed in my car. The technician, forgot to put a filter in my car. I have a hybrid, when I ran out of electric and switched to all gas. My car dash lite up, I was in 5 lanes of traffic on the interstate. Summit Toyota was great. They were busy and short staffed. Didn't matter they fit my car in and helped deal with my dealer, in Warren. I can not be more thankful and grateful,to everyone for going above and beyond for me.”

“We had a great experience at Summit Toyota. We are over an hour away but was able to lock in a vehicle we wanted to purchase, but had to pay a deposit to do so. This ended up being non-refundable but also put towards the purchase. Just be sure you ask to clarity that if you're not willing to part with $500. Otherwise, we were able to get exactly what we wanted, everyone was polite, respectful and very helpful. We would recommend this dealership, easy to get to as well.”
