“Sold us a truck with MULTIPLE problems and lied about it. We noticed several issues when we were purchasing including squeaky brakes and running board issues, they claimed the brakes were from the cleaning solution they used, promised to fix. Also promised to fix the running boards (which the drivers door put down the passenger running board) before we picked up. Fixed neither. Claimed that the brakes were 80% on each side. A lie. The brakes were 50% at best on each side. The squeaking was from the rotors needing changed. They encouraged a "warranty" sale, which in turn covered nothing and they fail to stand behind their product. But the worst part, is that the dually truck, a 3500, has a 4x4 that is not engaged/installed. Which we found out during this snow storm (very convenient). Should we have checked yes; was it something we took at their word, also yes. The experience on sale day as abysmal. It took over 6 hours to get out of there, and then to have the truck with ALL of these problems pop up less than a couple months later. RIDICULOUS. Avoid this shop. Multiple lies were told, don't stand behind their product. We will not be back, and we will be telling everyone asking us where to get a truck NOT to go there.”

“Make sure if you’re buying from these guys, you look over the vehicle thoroughly! They wanted 20k for a 2020 Suburban that had a huge oil leak, cracked windshield, busted tail light. They threw some Armorall on absolutely everything they could and called it good. When I brought up the issue and offered cash if they come down to 16.5k they refused. The salesperson was great, however. His manager (possibly) shorted him a sale. Good luck, y’all. Edit: added photos as evidence to my claim. Edit 2: Maybe $500 to fix the leak, (I highly doubt it.) but all of the other issues I found in the few minutes of the walk around I did were not worth it. Nice to try and stay persistent, but you wasted my time and energy. You lost out on cash today, likely because you charge 18% on financing and prey on people who are in a bind. No thank you.”

“A fantastic dealership to do business with. Very honest and trustworthy. I had been searching for a Ford Raptor. I looked at several trucks at different dealerships from Dallas, Arlington, Denton, McKinney, Sherman and more. I kept seeing this one pop up in my search so I decided to check in to it, so I reached out to Brian Spagnola. I went to their place in Addison and from the moment I went in, I could see these guys have been around a while and really focused on trucks, both big and small. I met with Brian and he let me take the truck for a test drive. The truck looked and seemed to run really good. It was the cleanest and best pre-owned Raptor that I drove, even from Ford dealers. It was priced pretty good too. I told Brian I had to let my boss (wife) see it before I committed. That next Monday I took my wife and we went for a drive. Brian told us that we could take it out on the highway, so we did. It ran great. When we got back to their dealership, we negotiated a deal. They agreed to clean up a few minor items and we made a deal. I felt it was a good deal for both sides. The next morning I had an issue and they said bring it back and they would take care of it, so I did. A few days later I picked up my new truck (like a child anticipating Christmas morning). I've had it 2 weeks now so yesterday I decided I would take it to the Ford dealership to have them run it through their multipoint inspection and also take care of a factory recall. They spent a good 5 hours going through it from top to bottom. I expected a list of things it needed. But no, they came back and told me that the vehicle was very clean and the only thing they found was it would need a new battery soon. Which I expected because I believe that battery in there was original. I have to say that I am very very impressed and pleased with Texas Motorcars and I HIGHLY recommend them. Everybody was great to deal with. Both Brian Spagnola, Brian Puente, Anthony, Blaine (the mechanic) and Jeremy in finance. And I got a great interest rate and great advice from Jeremy to get the best rate. They even offered and I purchased a 5 year warranty. This truck is amazing, capable and a real head turner. I couldn't be happier.”
