“I contacted Rafal the owner, looking for a nice inexpensive car for my 87 yr old mother that she could be driven around in. Within a couple of hours he lined up a beautiful used Volvo that was very clean. The whole process from initial phone contact to the car arriving in my Moms driveway was less than 24 hrs. The car was already completely serviced on the 10th of February consisting of the usual grease, oil, filter but also more extensively brakes , rotors and tie rods all of the way around. Revved Motors went the extra mile and did another complete inspection on the 20 of February. Their website is one of the most thorough I’ve seen with complete Carfax and most often window stickers as they would have appeared from the factory. In addition they include Carfax price guides so you know if you’re getting a fair deal. Again very transparent. There were 46 detailed photos of the vehicle included. They even went the extra mile to deliver the car along with paperwork from Addison to Lake Bluff to save my Mom from having to head out in the cold. Jordan, the salesman who delivered the car. Arrived on time with paperwork and an immaculately detailed 2014 Volvo that was exactly as described. Everything was handled for my Mom and Jordan patiently walked her through everything. It’s tough meeting customers expectations on 10 yr old plus cars but Revved motors, Rafal , his salesman Jordan exceeded mine.”
