“If I could give zero stars I would!!! Bought my Explorer in September 2025 and already had been in the shop at their location twice. Sunroof had to be fixed bc it fell off the track and not even 4 months later, it fell off again. There is a scratch on the back that I’ve asked them to fix twice and they still have not fixed it at either appointment! When we called to make an appointment to fix the sunroof for the second they told me they would call me with an appointment time bc they didn’t have a rental. We have been waiting two months now for that call back!!!!! Had to have the transmission changed already and was told everything was fine with the car and now we’re having to change spark plugs. Do not recommend at all.”
