Your intelligent assistant from Capital One^®

Eno is a chatbot that helps manage your money by texting in a conversational way. It leverages artificial intelligence to understand what you need. You can get a quick update on your accounts by texting Eno things like “What’s my balance?” or “How much credit do I have?” and it will provide the information you need instantly. You can also pay your credit card bill by simply texting “Eno, pay my bill.”

You can get detailed info about your Capital One checking account, savings account and credit card account. Eno doesn't have information about any of your non-Capital One accounts at other banking institutions. You can ask Eno about:

• Your account balances for your credit card, checking account and savings account
• Your recent transactions for your credit card, checking account and savings account
• Your credit card bill due date
• Your available credit and credit limit on your credit card
• To pay your credit card bill
• Your account summary
• Your payment history

Once you’ve signed up and receive a welcome text from Eno, you can ask it questions about your account in a way you want. If you want to check your balance, just text “balance please” or even “Bal.”

You use your Capital One username and password to access your information, but we do not share this with anyone else.

No problem. Simply text Eno “Unenroll” and that will disable Eno.
