Eno is a chatbot that helps manage your money by texting in a conversational way. It leverages artificial intelligence to understand what you need. You can get a quick update on your accounts by texting Eno things like “What’s my balance?” or “How much credit do I have?” and it will provide the information you need instantly. You can also pay your credit card bill by simply texting “Eno, pay my bill.”
You can get detailed info about your Capital One checking account, savings account and credit card account. Eno doesn't have information about any of your non-Capital One accounts at other banking institutions. You can ask Eno about:
Once you’ve signed up and receive a welcome text from Eno, you can ask it questions about your account in a way you want. If you want to check your balance, just text “balance please” or even “Bal.”
