Importing Your Online Bill Payees

SmartSwitch lets you automatically transfer your payee names, billing addresses, and account numbers. Here’s how:

1. Select your old bank from the list
2. Enter your login credentials for your old bank
3. Select which payees you want to copy over to Capital One Bank

Note: To ensure you have flexibility and control over this process, this action only copies over your list of selected payees. It DOES NOT change your scheduled online bill payments or payment history at your old bank and DOES NOT automatically schedule payments within Capital One Online Bill Payment Service.

Pre-formatted letters inform others about your account change(s)

Just edit, print, and mail the signed letters. It’s that easy.
