| Do I qualify for the Capital One discounted price?

| To get an additional 10 percent off all your purchases from the Saving Zone, all you need is a Capital One credit card (and a desire to pick up some great buys). So if you already have a card, you're ready to start saving. Don't have one yet? You can choose to apply for a card that fits your needs.

| What do I do to get these savings?

Just start shopping! Then, when you check out, use your Capital One credit card to receive the discount. Your info will be saved after your first visit, so future purchases should be no hassle.

| Do I have to register with Smart Bargains?
|
|
| Yes. They own and operate the online store powering the Capital One Saving Zone. So if you don't register with them, you can't get your Capital One special savings.

| What if I already have a different credit card registered with Smart Bargains?

| No problem. When you're shopping on smartbargains.com, just click on My Account to update your credit card information. Remember, you only get the Saving Zone discounted price when you shop through the Capital One Saving Zone at http://shopping.yahoo.com/savingzone and you use your Capital One credit card to pay for your order.

| Is there a limit on the number of items I can purchase with my discount?

No. Go ahead and purchase as many items as you like-and visit as often as you want! Capital One credit cardholders will be eligible for this discount through at least April 2009.

| Do purchases on the Capital One Saving Zone count toward my credit limit?

| Yes. So if you're not sure how much available credit you have, just visit our Online Banking page or call the number on the back of your card.

| If I don't have enough available credit on my Capital One card to purchase an item, can I use another card and still qualify for the discount?

| No. If you use another card, you won't get our exclusive discount. That's what makes it exclusive!

| What if there's a problem with my order?

| If something is wrong with your order or with the merchandise, you should contact Smart Bargains directly. If the problem is related to your Capital One account, call the number on the back of your card.

| Is it safe to make purchases online?

| Absolutely. But if you ever spot a fraudulent charge on your account, contact Capital One right away to dispute it. All of our cardholders have $0 fraud liability, so you won't pay a penny for unauthorized charges if your card is lost or stolen-and that means online too. Plus, our Customer Fraud Protection means we're on the lookout for unusual account activity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

| Do I earn rewards on my purchases?

| Of course! If you have a Capital One rewards credit card you'll earn rewards on all your purchases through the Capital One Saving Zone (and on all of your other purchases too).

| If I apply online for a credit card, will I be able to find out if I'm approved and purchase something right away?

| Unfortunately, no. You can only make purchases on the Saving Zone after you've been approved and received your credit card in the mail.

| Are all Capital One cards eligible for the Saving Zone discount?
|
|
| No. All credit cards issued in the United States are eligible for the Saving Zone discount; currently Capital One debit cards, pre-paid, stored value, and credit cards issued outside of the United States are not eligible. If you have more than one Capital One credit card, they're all eligible for the discount.
