| How do I access Perk Central? |

| You can access Perk Central through Capital One's Online Banking. Simply log into your credit card account and click on the blue Earn More Rewards button from the Reward Summary tab. |

| Why should I shop through Perk Central instead of shopping directly though the merchant's Web site? |
|
When shopping through Perk Central, you can earn bonus rewards on top of the regular rewards you already earn on your Capital One Rewards credit card. When you click through Perk Central to access the retailer's Web site, a special link tracks your order so you can earn bonus rewards on your purchase. If you shop directly through the retailer's website, you will not earn bonus rewards on your purchases. |

| Can I shop in-store as well as online? |
|
At select national merchants you are able to shop in-store as well as online. For a complete list of these retailers, select Shop and Earn from the side menu on Perk Central, then click In-Store Offers. In order to provide you with valuable offers, some retailers may require you to activate their in-store offer before shopping. When you see an offer with a green "Activate" button at the right, simply click the button and you will automatically activate the offer. You can easily locate these offers by clicking on the Activate Special Offers tab in the side menu. You are then ready to shop in-store. Make sure you pay with your Capital One Rewards credit card to receive your bonus rewards. |

| How do I know what national and local in-store merchants are in my area? |

To find a list of merchants by ZIP code, simply click on the “Search Offers to Earn” box at the top of the Perk Central home page. You can also find the retailer you're looking for by searching by keyword, location, offer type, or category. Always make sure to read the retailer's offer details, activate offers when necessary, and then pay with your Capital One credit card in order to earn your bonus rewards. |

| Is there any cost to join Perk Central? |

| No. There is no fee! As long as you're a Capital One Rewards credit card holder, you're automatically enrolled. It comes as an added benefit with your card. |

However, some retailers may limit the rewards you can earn at their sites. |
