You can apply for a personal loan online. We'll review your application and if approved, we'll mail a check to the address you provide on your application. If you choose not to enroll in the Automatic Payment Service Option, we'll mail your statements to the address you provide on your application.

3. What should I include as household income on my application?
If you want, you can include alimony, child support, investment income, separate maintenance income, and any co-applicant's annual income. This information is not required, but can be included if you want it considered as a basis for loan repayment.

4. How can I check on the status of my application?
Call 1-800-830-3346 to check on the status of your application. To allow enough time for the processing of your application, please wait a minimum of seven business days before calling.

5. Can I really use this loan any way I choose?
Yes, you can use this loan for anything you can consolidate credit card and loan balances that have high interest rates, make home improvements, pay off your tuition bills, or just have extra cash on hand.

6. Is there a fee for prepayment of the loan?
No, there is no prepayment penalty fee. You can make more than your minimum monthly payment or pay your loan in full at any time.

7. When will the first Automatic Payment Service Option (APS) payment be debited?
Monthly payments begin approximately 32 days after you cash your check. You'll receive information about the specific date, along with other details, when your loan check arrives.

8. Will the monthly payment ever increase?
No, your monthly payment will not increase.

9. Will I need collateral to qualify for this loan?
No, good credit is all you need to get this loan. There's no need to use your house or other personal assets as collateral to qualify for this loan.

12. Can I set the payment due date?
Yes. After you receive your first statement you can call our customer service department to request a due date that is more convenient for you. You can also use this feature in combination with the Automatic Payment Service Option to ensure that your payments are automatically deducted at a time that is most convenient to you.
