Most users will access this service after opening an account and receiving an account number. Directions are provided after the account is opened.
In addition, we will ask that you pick and answer three security questions. If we ever determine that additional security is necessary (e.g, we do not recognize the connection by which you are trying to access the site), we may, in addition to collecting your user ID and password, ask you to answer one or more of these security questions.
If you are an existing branch banking customer in LA and TX, you will be able to link your Direct Banking account to your existing profile through the "Self Service" tab.
