The above interest rates and annual percentage yields are effective as of 2/1/2012 and subject to change at any time.
Rates are locked for 10 calendar days at time of account opening to allow you time to fund your CD. If we receive your funds within 10 calendar days of the day you opened your account, you will receive the rate effective on your application date. Accounts funded after this time will receive the rate effective at time of funding.
* The APY assumes that interest remains on deposit until maturity. A penalty will be imposed for early withdrawal. An early withdrawal will reduce earnings; this fee may reduce earnings.
Costco Member Incentive If you are a Costco Executive Member you will receive $60 or if you are a Gold Star or Business Member, you will receive $20 when you open your first Capital One Bank deposit account of any kind through Costco and deposit at least $5000 within 30 days of opening the account. The incentive will be credited to your new account balance.
