| Friend Referral is Capital One's program for our current customers and the new customer that they refer, which potentially rewards you both. Please review the specific terms of your referral invitation for details on your program.

| What should I do with my referral ID?
| |
| Your referral ID is unique to you, and is found in your original referral invitation. Use it when you submit your referrals online. This number can not be supplied to you again by our call center associates, so you need to save a copy of it for future referrals.

| How many people can I refer?
| |
| There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. There is a limit to the amount of statement credits you can earn. You can earn up to $300 per calendar quarter from Capital One until the offer expires. A calendar quarter is defined as January - March, April - June, July - September, and October - December. Please see your referral invitation for details on the expiration.

| How will my friends know that I am referring them?

| You can get your friends involved either online or in person: If you submit your friend's name and e-mail address, we'll generate an e-mail, on your behalf, inviting them to apply. Or, you can give them a copy of your original referral invitation with your referral ID and instructions for applying.

| How will I know if my friend has qualified as a referral?

| Because of strict privacy laws, we can not provide you specific information on the status of your friend's referral. However, if your friend does qualify, you will see a statement credit on your account within three billing cycles from when your friend activates their new account.

| When do I get my referral bonus?

| You'll see your bonus credited to your statement within three billing cycles of your friend's account activation.

| Can I check on the status of my referrals?

| No. Due to privacy constraints, we are not able to communicate any information about applications or provide you with information about who has been approved.

| Must my account be open at the time the credit is applied in order to qualify for this offer?

| Yes.
I acknowledge that by submitting these e-mail addresses, I am authorizing Capital One to disclose to the people I am referring that I am a Capital One customer, including sharing my referral ID with them. I also acknowledge that this same information may be inadvertently shared with other individuals with access to these e-mail accounts and consent to such disclosures. The e-mail addresses provided will be used for the Friends Referral Program only. We are unable to provide you with information about who has been approved or denied credit, or the basis for that decision.
