The Capital One Prepaid Visa Card is issued by Capital One, N.A., pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A., Inc.

1 Fees may be assessed by Capital One or third-parties.

2 This is a one-time card purchase fee that will be deducted from the balance on your card after the first load, made either at a reload location or by direct deposit.

3 ATM owner or operator may charge additional fees.

4 1% of U.S. dollar amount for transactions made outside of U.S.

5 Flex Plan: Inactivity means the Card has no debit (e.g., purchase) or credit (e.g., load) transactions and no fee posted (except, for Value Plan customers, the Monthly Membership Fee).

Value Plan: After 3 months of inactivity, you will be automatically moved to the Flex Plan and assessed the $5.95 monthly maintenance fee. (The $9.95 monthly membership fee will no longer be assessed).
