The application review
The information you provide in your online application allows us to determine if you are a potential match for the job for which you applied. If we see a potential match, we’ll contact you for a telephone screen.

The telephone screen
This usually runs between 20–30 minutes and allows us to gain more insight into your background and experience. It’s also an opportunity for you to learn more about the job. We also consider whether your career goals match with that job—or perhaps a different one. If you’re applying for a job with specific technical skills, you may also participate in a technical screening.

Next steps
If we determine that you’re a possible match for a job at Capital One®, you’ll participate in our online testing process. If we don't find a current match, your profile stays active for six months during which time we may consider your experience when other jobs become available.
