This part of the selection process is designed to simulate the dynamic, fast-paced environment of the Capital One® workplace. Candidates work with their interviewer in one-on-one problem-solving sessions.
The business cases will give you a chance to display your conceptual, quantitative, and analytical reasoning skills as you work to resolve the case. Your communications skills, creativity, and flexibility will also come into play.
Although not part of the selection process for all positions, case interviews will be part of the selection process for all on-campus recruiting and analyst applicants, as well as for some management and information technology applicants.
