I agree to indemnify and hold Capital One (Capital One, N.A., Capital One F.S.B. or Capital One Bank - collectively the Bank) harmless for claims and liabilities arising out of the Bank's refusing payment of said instrument. I further agree that the Bank will have no liability whatsoever under this Stop Payment Order until it has had a reasonable opportunity to act on it. I agree that the Bank's only obligation under this Stop Payment Order is to exercise good faith and ordinary care in complying with it. I agree that at the end of six months, this Stop Payment Order expires and becomes null and void unless renewed and the applicable renewal fee is paid.
