1. I'm an existing customer and I want to request a debit card. What do I do?
Visit the online Capital One Business Debit Card request form, and provide us with your account details. Once we verify your account information and authorize your request, you should be receiving your card by mail in five to seven business days.

2. To get a debit card, am I required to have a Capital One checking account?
Yes. Our Capital One Business Debit Card is only available to customers who already have a Capital One checking account and is linked to that checking account. You can open a checking account online, at any time.

4. What should I do if my debit/ATM card is lost or stolen?

Lost or stolen debit/ATM cards should be reported immediately by calling 1-888-755-C1SB (2172) to minimize any possible losses. Capital One will deactivate your lost or stolen debit/ATM card and issue you a new replacement card.

Please keep in mind that a Capital One Debit Card is not a credit card, even though it looks like one. You won't be able to charge more than the balance you currently have in your checking account.

At certain ATMs owned and operated by Capital One Bank located in gaming establishments and at certain other non-branch locations having no Capital One signage, you may be charged a fee up to $4.99 for each cash withdrawal. The amount of the fee varies by location and will be displayed on the ATM screen. You will be given an opportunity to cancel the transaction before the fee is imposed.

1  In the event of unauthorized use of your Capital One Bank-issued Business Debit Card or Platinum Debit Card, you will get the benefit of Zero Liability if the following apply: your checking account is in good standing; you have exercised reasonable care in safeguarding your card; and you have not reported two or more events of unauthorized use in the past 12 months.
