1. How many points can I earn?
Your business can earn unlimited points from all enrolled cards.

2. Do points expire?
Unredeemed points expire at the third calendar year excluding the year the points were earned.

3. Do I lose my points if I close my account?
Points are lost on any account that is closed.

4. Is there a fee for MasterCard Business Rewards?
Yes, an annual fee of $50 will be automatically deducted from the business's primary checking account for each owner or employee enrolled in MasterCard Business Rewards. If a business does not have a business checking account, the annual fee will be charged to the business's credit card.

5. How are points earned?
You earn one point for every net dollar spent with your MasterCard Business Debit Card and Credit Card. Purchases made using a PIN do not earn MasterCard Business Rewards points. Certain transactions will not earn points, see Terms and Conditions.

6. Are points earned for PIN transactions?
Purchases that merchants process as debit card transactions authorized with a PIN do not earn points.

7. How long will it take for my points to appear on my account?
Your points will be added to your account one to two business days after the merchant has settled the transaction. You can view your points balance online at www.capitalonebank/bizrewards and we will also mail you a quarterly statement.

8. Am I still in the program if I redeem all of my points?
Yes. You'll earn more points on each qualified card purchase.

9. Can I earn points for purchases made by phone?
Yes, you will earn one point for every dollar in qualifying purchases made using your MasterCard Business Credit Card or Debit Card through mail order, telephone, and Internet merchants.

10. How are points redeemed?
Please call the MasterCard Business Rewards Center toll free 1-800-799-1702, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CT. For verification please have your business TIN (Tax Identification Number) and business owner's Social Security number.

11. When redeeming points for travel or gift certificates, can they be requested in another person's name?
Yes, certificates can be requested in someone else's name, but points can not be transferred to someone else's account.

12. Can I redeem a portion of my points and keep earning additional points?

13. How do I un-enroll from the MasterCard Business Rewards program?

14. Who can redeem points?
Only the account owner and certain individuals authorized by account owners will be allowed to redeem points.
