| Yes, an annual fee of $50 will be automatically deducted from the business's primary checking account for each owner or employee enrolled in MasterCard Business Rewards. If a business does not have a business checking account, the annual fee will be charged to the business's credit card.

| How are points earned?

| You earn one point for every net dollar spent with your MasterCard Business Debit Card and Credit Card. Purchases made using a PIN do not earn MasterCard Business Rewards points. Certain transactions will not earn points, see Terms and Conditions.

| Purchases that merchants process as debit card transactions authorized with a PIN do not earn points.

| How long will it take for my points to appear on my account?

| Your points will be added to your account one to two business days after the merchant has settled the transaction. You can view your points balance online at www.capitalonebank/bizrewards and we will also mail you a quarterly statement.

| Am I still in the program if I redeem all of my points?

| Yes. You'll earn more points on each qualified card purchase.

| Can I earn points for purchases made by phone?

| Yes, you will earn one point for every dollar in qualifying purchases made using your MasterCard Business Credit Card or Debit Card through mail order, telephone, and Internet merchants.

| Please call the MasterCard Business Rewards Center toll free 1-800-799-1702, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CT. For verification please have your business TIN (Tax Identification Number) and business owner's Social Security number.

| Yes, certificates can be requested in someone else's name, but points can not be transferred to someone else's account.
