Move money to and from your non-Capital One® accounts from Online Banking—for free!
Link your accounts from virtually any U.S. bank or brokerage to your Online Banking profile and transfer money to or from these accounts. This exciting new service is available to consumer* Online Banking customers at no charge.
How it works
1. From the Schedule Transfers screen, select "Link Non-Capital One Account" (first-time users must review and agree to the External Funds Transfer Authorization and Agreement for the service).
2. Provide information about your non-Capital One account and initiate account ownership verification (real-time online or through small dollar amount trial deposits).
3. Once account ownership verification is complete, we will enable the account for funds transfer and you'll see your linked non-Capital One account available in the Transfer To and Transfer From dropdown menus on the Schedule Transfers screen**.
You can schedule one-time or recurring transfers. Transfers are completed and the funds posted to your account within three business days from the transfer date.
* Small Business Online Banking users are not currently eligible for this service.
