Ever spend precious time trying to determine your account balance, if a deposit has been made yet or a certain check has been posted against your account? There's an easier way to watch over your account.

Capital One free alerts keep you informed by e-mail, text message or phone about account activity you have selected. Plus, automatic security alerts help protect your account information.

Account types eligible for alerts include checking, savings and money market accounts.

To receive Alerts follow these simple steps:
       1. Log in (or enroll) to Online Banking
       2. Click on the Messages & Alerts menu option
       3. Choose Set Alerts and the account you wish to establish alerts
       4. Update your alert preferences and click Update Alerts

         

Helpful alerts features:

  • Help me find my device address tool
  • Option to designate time period of no contact (e.g.  10:30 PM - 6 AM)
  • Click to temporarily suspend your account alerts
  • 90 days of alert history

  • Online Banking User ID changed
  • Online Banking password changed
  • Mailing address changed through Online Banking
  • E-mail address changed through Online Banking
  • A new payee has been added to Online Bill Payment profile
