Capital One free alerts keep you informed by e-mail, text message or phone about account activity you have selected. Plus, automatic security alerts help protect your account information.
Account types eligible for alerts include checking, savings and money market accounts.
To receive Alerts follow these simple steps:
1. Log in (or enroll) to Online Banking
2. Click on the Messages & Alerts menu option
3. Choose Set Alerts and the account you wish to establish alerts
4. Update your alert preferences and click Update Alerts

- Option to designate time period of no contact (e.g. 10:30 PM - 6 AM)
- Click to temporarily suspend your account alerts
- 90 days of alert history
