From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Carver served as an associate analyst in the E&P sector at Capital One Southcoast. Mr. Carver holds a BA in chemistry from Colorado College and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Tulane University. He is a CFA Charterholder.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Gibney was an analyst with the energy equity research team at Morgan Keegan & Co. responsible for company coverage within the oilfield services sector. Prior to joining Morgan Keegan, Mr. Gibney had a previous tenure with Capital One Southcoast as an oilfield services associate analyst and also spent several years in financial research and consulting within the telecommunications and technology sectors with Market Competitive Services, Inc. and ECI, Inc. Mr. Gibney received a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA with a concentration in finance and accounting from Vanderbilt University.
Luke M. Lemoine, CFA — Senior Analyst, Oilfield Services

Before joining the company, Mr. Lemoine was employed with Hibernia National Bank for three years as a credit analyst where he was responsible for the underwriting of oilfield service and E&P credit facilities. Before becoming a senior analyst, Mr. Lemoine served as the associate on the oilfield services team at Capital One Southcoast. He received his BS in Finance from Louisiana State University. He is a CFA Charterholder.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Tullis was North America Financial Controller for Universal Sodexho. Prior to that, he spent approximately one year with Forcenergy and prior to that 11 years with Texaco in various financial analysis and accounting roles. Mr. Tullis received a BS in Finance and Economics from the University of New Orleans and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Tulane University.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bhatia was a senior risk associate in the global commodities group of Citigroup Energy Inc. Prior to Citigroup, Mr. Bhatia served as a portfolio manager for the energy banking group at Regions Financial. Prior to that, Mr. Bhatia spent several years in the energy consulting practice at Huron Consulting Group and the energy trading risk management group at UBS Investment Bank. He received a BS in Economics from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Rice University.

Prior to joining Capital One Southcoast, Mr. Velie was a cost engineer for the Northrup Grumman Corporation. From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Velie worked for the Procter & Gamble Company in project engineering and production management roles. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Buffalo and an MBA with concentrations in finance and management from Tulane University.
