| Not everyone is eligible to become an affiliate. You must first become a member of the Commission Junction network, then apply to be an affiliate in our program and accept our program Special Terms and Conditions on the Commission Junction Web site. Be sure that your site does not engage in indiscriminate advertising, e.g., spamming or unsoliciated commercial e-mail. | You can track the success of your campaign through Commission Junction. If you are approved as an affiliate, Commission Junction will send you a username and password for an account where you can track your results and commissions earned. Your account information is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

| How do you keep track of eligible applications generated through affiliate Web sites?

| All of the links on an affiliate's site contain unique IDs assigned by the affiliate network that identify their site and what link is used. When a visitor to a particular affiliate's site clicks on a Capital One Direct Banking link, the tracking process begins and is in place until the application is approved.
