To leverage our associates’ ever-growing interest in community service, Capital One® created its own Community Corps, an organization led by associates for associates. Each year, more than 60 percent of associates have volunteered in one or more Capital One-sponsored volunteer events–adding up to more than 250,000 hours over the last four years. From teaching children to read to advising parents on how to manage money, our associates have made a difference in many people’s lives.
